Nolan Designs was established by Brendan Nolan in 1996. Concentrating mainly in Finishing carpentry, painting & decorating, paint effects etc. Brendan is a city & guilds fully trained dedicated craftsman that was once an apprentice student of Bolton Street DIT. He now trains his own apprentices and makes sure they mature into seasoned competent craftsmen just like he.

We are a small well established company based in the family hardware store (Nolan’s DIY) South Dublin. Our work ethic is based on honesty, reliability, cleanliness and good communication. The client always has the comfort of knowing who’s who and what’s what. The majority of work carried out by Nolan Designs is in the residential sector however we have completed many fit outs and renovation works successfully in several hotels, bars, retail units and even an art gallery in London.  We have worked with some of the major construction outfits such as Sisk, John Paul, and Owen Bee construction.

The fact we are dedicated decorators and carpenter/joiners eliminates the hassle of trying to coordinate different contractors. We listen to what the client has to say and what they need. We then take responsibility for all the works assuring the client a fantastic result every time. We love the process of changing people’s environments for the good and will always do our very best to be informative and productive.
