Oak Unique  (steps -risers & landing make over)

Standard 3 bed house. Carpet removed. 14 straight  steps & risers  cladded with 15mm engineered  oak board and solid oak trim/nosing.  Side strings cladding including cappings with 15mm real oak veneered mdf.  1-3 M2 to landing in matching material to stairs. Threshold bars matching floor colour.  15mm real oak veneered (not paper) skirting to landing. Skirting calked (no gaps)  Bedroom doors trimmed if necessary.  Approximately 9 hours to install.

Plank original (steps-risers make over only)

Standard 3 bed house. Carpet removed. 14 straight steps cladded with 25mm solid hardwood. Risers cladded with 15mm real wood veneered mdf or solid wood if you wish.  Side strings are usually cladded with 15mm real wood veneered mdf .  Solid wood is an option but half of it ends up as fire wood due to the amount of cut outs!  Landing excluded .

Please note both of the above exclude bannister rail replacement. Additional cladding, winding steps, additional skirting, concrete or metal stairs all are subject to negotiation and additional cost.

 

Pine Bannisters

 We are the only carpentry company in Dublin that supplies and expertly fits Pre- finished  bannisters!! 35 spindles / 2.5 newel posts/ handrail / base rail/ We remove the existing bannisters and newel posts and replace with the above for only €690. ( Dublin only)

Oak effect plank v groove laminate. The best laminate around! Moister resistant - realistic in appearance.  €24 per Sq yard supplied & fitted.  This laminate is ideal in an entrance hallway adjacent to the real wood stairs make over.
